Newsletter Publisher

The Newsletter Publisher is responsible for publishing monthly CWCC newsletters to chapter members.

Team Member - Registration

To provide assistance to Director - Registration in check of registered attendees and walk-ins at scheduled Programs events.

Program Team -Monthly Meetings 

The Program team will take the responsibility of assisting the Event Manager in ensuring event preparations are completed in timely manner with quality required.

Programs Team - Lunch & Learn Meetings

The Manager of the Lunch and Learn meetings will take the responsibility of coordinating all aspects of planning, implementing and following up on the meetings.  The quality of venue service to members and proper speaker coordination are important.

Director - Sponsorship

The Director of Sponsorship is responsible managing the Sponsorship Team with the Publicity Portfolio as well as for fulfillment of the activities expected to be done by the Sponsorship Team.

Event Support (4)

This is a dual role where registration work is the primary focus on the morning of Day 1 and for rest of day these positions will assist the conference organizers.

Registration/Information Desk Attendants (4)

This is a dual role where registration work is the primary focus on the morning of Day 1 while information booth activities occur throughout the conference. You may be asked to float between these two positions.

Room Monitors (8)

This is a dual role where registration work is the primary focus on the morning of Day 1 and for rest of day this position will be on-site with session hosts to support the delivery of a presentation.
