Our PMP/CAPM Exam Prep Course has been revamped and reorganized to reflect the requirements of the new Project Management standard (PMBOK version 4) as well as the skills required to pass the PMP/CAPM Certification exam. The course covers all knowledge areas in 10 sessions and combines the material with quizzes during the session. Group discussions and knowledge sharing during the course maximize the learning opportunity. A simulated PMP certification exam follows the course in the 11th session to provide the students with the opportunity to test their skills and knowledge on a PBT format exam.
We provide skilled facilitators for each module, a complete test preparation textbook, including a CD with exam prep questions organized by knowledge areas, process groups, a simulated exam and a binder containing the lecture slides. As a member of PMI and our Chapter, you already have your own PMBOK 4th Edition downloaded from www.pmi.org . This will be needed for study purposes.
All the PMBOK knowledge areas will be covered during the course including:
- Project Life Cycle and Organization
- Project Scope Management
